• When I purchase the program, can the demo be activated?
  The demo is "view only" and cannot be activated. For this reason we advise that you don't spend time entering all your clients' information until you have purchased and installed the full, working program.
  
  
• Do I have to buy additional "modules" to be able to do different functions?
  No! Unlike other daycare software programs, Daycare Information Systems Plus+ is an all inclusive complete program! We don't leave anything out for you to buy later.
  
  
• Is there a user manual?
  Daycare Information Systems Plus+ is extremely user friendly & with the custom, built in "help" menus throughout the program, there was no need for a complex user manual.
  
  
• Does it cost extra for support?
  Not at all!. However, since Daycare Information Systems Plus+ is so incredibly easy to use, we believe you will not need the same extensive support like you might with the more expensive, complex programs on the market. • Will I be able to divide expense reports by year?
  Yes you can. DISP allows you to create "year specific" reports for year end accounting/tax purposes.
  
  
• Is it possible to enter past years information into the program?
  Yes you can. No need to maintain a separate accounting vehicle for "pre-DISP" records! You can maintain them all in this one program!
  
  
• Will I be able to sort attendance records by status?
  Absolutely! You can sort your records by name, classification (i.e. infant, toddler, preschool, etc…) teacher, classroom, etc…
  
  
• Is there a "waiting list" option to keep track of potential replacement clients?
  Most definitely! This easy to use, built in option, helps you keep track of parents who contact you for childcare when you are "full" and allows you to easily look up their contact information when you need it.
  
  
• Can I keep track of my employees work schedule and payment records?
  You can record & track your employees work & payroll information through the expense option of the program and generate records on your files.
  
  
• Can I create billing by the hour?
  Yes! You can use the automatic billing option, or you can create your own invoice. Billing can be set up hourly, daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
